非金属材料研究室

    非金属材料室主要从事灯用消气剂的开发与生产,叠氮化钡与五氮化三磷是我室九十年代开发出的新产品,均先后通过部级鉴定。这两种产品都已批量生产多年,欢迎广大灯泡厂家选用。
    叠氮化钡消气剂主要用在各种热辐射型充气灯泡,如普泡、内涂泡、磨砂泡、反射型灯泡、红外线灯泡、仪器泡、照相、聚光、投影泡、各种小体积泡、异型泡、球状泡、汽车、拖拉机、摩托车灯泡、也可用作弧光放电的节日泡、装饰泡、蜡烛泡,自整流高压汞灯外壳的消气剂,还可用于 110V 荧光灯启辉器。用叠氮化钡作消气剂的灯泡,消气效果明显改善,寿命延长,外观透明,提高了灯的质量档次。 
    五氮化三磷主要用于小体积热辐射型灯泡,如静电喷涂泡、磨砂泡、双螺旋灯丝小体积充气泡,卤素灯,在一定条件下可与其它消气剂共用或混合使用。使用五氮化三磷消气剂可提高灯泡外观质量与光通维持率,延长使用寿命,提升灯泡的档次和附加值。

    灯用消气剂
    Getter in lamp
    叠氮化钡与五氮化三磷均为本所九十年代开发的新品,先后通过部级鉴定,深受用户青睐。
    Getter Ba(N3)2 and getter P3N5 are the new products that we have been working on the R&D in 1990's. These two produces had been passed the identification of CNC which are very popular in the user.

    ● 叠氮化钡
    Getter Ba(N3)2
    白色微针状结晶粉末,分子式 Ba(N3)2 ,比重 2.94 g/cm3 ,纯度大于 94.5% ,杂质 Fe 、 Cu 、 Ca 、 Pb 均低于 50ppm 。
    用叠氮化钡作消气剂的灯泡,消气效果明显改善,泡充外观透明,寿命延长,提高了灯泡的质量档次和附加值。
    适用于各种热辐射型充气灯泡,如普泡、内涂泡、磨砂泡、反射型灯泡、红外线灯泡、仪器泡、照相、聚光、投影泡、各种小体积泡、异型泡、球状泡、汽车和摩托车灯泡,以及节日泡、装饰泡、火焰泡、自整流高压汞灯外壳的消气,还可用于 110V 荧光灯启辉器。
    Physical kinds: Ba(N3)2. white crystal. Density is 2.94g/cm3. The main component > 94.5%. The main impurities, Fe, Cu, Ca, Pb, <50ppm.
    The effect of getter Ba(N3)2 is prolonging the lifetime of the lamps. Promoting the quality of the lamps, and bettering the appearance of the lamps.
    Getter Ba(N3)2 is applied in incandescent lamps. Such as general incandescent lamp,inside coated bulb,frosted bulb,infrared light, globe bulb, auto lamp,moto lamp,colour lamp, and all kinds of irregular form lamp. It also can be applied in the starting of 110V fluorescent lamp.

    ● 五氮化三磷
    Getter P3N5
    不溶于水,分子式为 P3N5 ,相对密度 2.51g/cm3
    高温(> 760℃ )分解为白磷和氮气,氮气可作为工作气体的一部分,而白磷具有较强的吸气活性,制成的玻壳透明光亮;其分解是逐步进行的,在灯泡燃点全过程都具有吸气作用;在潮湿空气下也有良好稳定性,尤适用于夏天和空气湿度大的地区。
    使用五氮化三磷消气剂可提高灯泡外观质量与光通维持率,延长使用寿命,提升灯泡的档次和附加值。主要用于小体积热辐射型灯泡,如静电喷涂泡、磨砂泡、双螺旋灯丝小体积充气泡,卤素灯,在一定条件下可与其它消气剂共用。
    Physical kind: P3N5. Density is 2.51g/cm3, It is decomposed into nitrogen and phosphorus when the temperature is over 760℃. Nitrogen is used as protective gas. Phosphorus is very efficient to absorb impurities. So getter P3N5 is efficient stability, could be used in summer and in the area with high humidity.
    Getter P3N5 is applied in incandescent lamps. Such as in side coated bulb, frosted bulb. It also can be used with other getters in some conditions.
    The effect of getter P3N5 is prolonging the lifetime of the lamps. Promoting the quality of the lamps, and bettering the appearance of the lamps.
